By using SPM Apparels and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You retain ownership of your artwork. We will not reproduce your design outside your order. We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes on third-party rights, is illegal, or violates our content policy.

Production & Shipping

Custom items typically ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns

Custom-printed items are final sale unless damaged or defective. See our Return Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

SPM Apparels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
