Custom Printed Items
Because every item is printed to order with your design, custom-printed apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@spmappreals.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Blank Apparel
Unworn, unwashed blank apparel with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Wrong Size
Please use our size guide before ordering. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection on custom-printed items.
How to Start a Return
Email support@spmappreals.store with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
